Joyce Session★This is the worst Panda... you have to wait for the rice, wait for chow mein, wait for egg rolls, wait for peppered beef, orange chicken was hard. The service was rude and plates were made very sloppy. I love the Hasting Ranch location but I dont live close. I will never waste my hard earned money here again.
