I absolutely love the Fazoli’s in Ankeny. My family and I have been frequently going the past few months, & we have NEVER had an issue. The employees ALWAYS have a great attitude whether at the drive thru or dining in. Specifically, Emmaly, makes it feel very homey and casual. She’s a great host, who mixes in professionalism with realness& thats exactly what we need in this day and age. i’m honestly proud of every employee that works here, and the team who hires them because they are all amazing, outspoken individuals. every single one deserves recognized for their hard work. the food is great

I brought my children here after their martial arts class. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very cleanly dressed. The wait was minimal. We received our food within 15 minutes. The facility was top-notch and very well-maintained. The food was great and matched the price. They also offer military discounts, which is a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch and would return.

I’m sure the food would’ve been as amazing as I remember as a child I seen this was open so I drove from Ames to give it a try now mind you I’m in Ames on a work trip from the quad cities so I haven’t had goals in years ….when I pulled into the parking lot I seen two cars parked .. I wanted baked lasagna and the amazing breadsticks…but at the register I guess I must’ve ordered a attitude because when I approached the cashier I asked for lasagna they responded with a sigh (body language says a lot )number 7 oven baked? I said oh yes please they said do you want anything else I said a Pepsi plea
