We came on a recommendation from our grandkids. We love a hometown atmosphere.. not fancy but everybody's chatting it's very pleasant. Our waitress, Becky, was quick, very sharp and running several tables with a smile and a beautiful personality! My pecan waffle combo and my sweeties omelet was also, he says. The older population of Apache Junction love this place. It has an old dive-diner atmosphere. I took my Mother-in-Law here for her birthday, as it is her favorite breakfast restaurant in AJ. We have been there several times over the last few years, but usually later in the morning. There are plenty of seats, but it is always packed. Everyone in your party has to be there in order for you to get put on the wait list. Get there early. Our family ate here for breakfast. Got seated quickly as the place is bigger than it looks from the outside. There were a ton of cars in the parking lot...so we figured it must be a great place to eat. Old school restaurant & we loved that. The food was great, staff was friendly & checked on us constantly.
