If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered carne asada fries and a drink. After waiting about 15 minutes in the drive-thru just to reach the window, I got home and realized the fries were awful. They had almost no sauce, the fries were undercooked, and there were maybe three or four small pieces of carne asada on the entire order. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue, so I turned around hoping they would simply remake my order. Usually stop by on the weekends when we’re in the area for events, the staff here are amazing!! They’re always very fast, you can tell they keep things clean and tidy, despite that people can be pretty messy or chaotic here sometimes. They’re also very professional and I’ve seen them handle issues between customers before in the past, surprisingly well. The food here is amazing! You can tell the staff really care when they make the food, you don’t see that a lot in fast food, it’s really appreciated and respected - the people who work here on weekends are honestly the best. The food was pretty good but not special. The service was excellent. The floor and tables were clean. There is plenty of parking. The prices are contemporary. Plenty of fountain drinks to choose from. The access is adequate for wheelchairs. I would return if I am in the area again.
