Chicken here subpar, no flavor what so ever. Unlike other Chick-fil-A's - service got 2 🌟 do to the manager, in the red and white shirt, salt and pepper beard, i believe glasses. Tripping my husband and just brushing it off. No apology, nothing. We were there at 1506 6/6/26. And we could barely here the poor kid reading back what we ordered, it was so loud inside. And the chicken was smaller then the packets of sauce. What happened to the big juicy chicken, with flavor. And my husband's chicken strips were burnt. Just wow, do better.

I have yet to find any chik fil a that has anything less than 4 star experience. This restaurant chain is the fine dinning of fast food. Granted I think I have been to only 4 different ones of those I goto 2 consistently. I stopped here in a road trip. I am so glad that they brought the og waffle fries back. Getting to the drive through was a little confusing as the layout is atypical. When I arrived the line was very long but as always you almosr never have to wait long to get your food. I only wait long when I order lunch items and still is shorter than other places make you wait. As fo

Very rude people work here! Ordered a Mac and cheese and they were out after I paid for it they just exchanged with something cheaper. Asked for fresh fries since they were cold and the refused to replace! They also refused to refund my money! It was 1.64!!! This company is getting cheap and serving old food now. Soon they will be like McDonald’s or Burger King!
