I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The cashier was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain that I had already been charged and had an order. Instead of checking the system or listening to what I was saying, she repeatedly insisted that I didn’t have an order. I even asked her to double-check, but she refused to help and made no effort to resolve the issue. Good customer service starts with listening and being willing to help. If you don’t enjoy working with customers or aren’t willing to do your job properly, this may not be the right position for you. I hope managem

Dear Del Taco Artesia. Please do better!! Ordered a bean and cheese taco… simple. The effort was slop. As you can see in the pictures.. it’s slop! The dining area here had homeless .. dirty tables.. All. No kidding.. and no smiles at all.. just tired and irritated looking workers. I get it I guess you aren’t happy with the job.. but people’s food isn’t something you should mess with. I haven’t been at this location for years.. not trying to come back for more years to come. Sad.

I came in today and we paid cash the bald guy dont know his name big guy took our order he was nice .the problem i had is that he took our order we paid cash and coins and he took the payment walked over and started preparing food with the same gloves . I went over to question him and he said he will change his gloves . This store need to go over food safety

For the second or third time my taco came with a whole cup of grease in it. It seems intentional . The amount of grease made it inedible and it keeps happening. There was so much grease in my chicken soft taco the tortilla disintegrated. I didn't take a picture last time. Normally this Del Taco is top notch but not recently.
