Asheboro Dunkin’ is honestly a hit or miss, but not really because of the food, it’s more about the service and drive-thru experience. Some days the line moves super fast and everything feels organized, but other times it’s like no one really knows what’s going on. I ordered 3 donuts, one egg, bacon and cheese sandwich, hash browns bites, and a caramel iced coffee, first the sandwich was not warm, and it was VERY chewy like it had been overcooked or sat around. My coffee was not made properly and the sugar was not dissolved, I had to sip the very top of my drink to not feel dissatisfaction. Half the employees were on they're phones and that made the place awkward, I wouldn't recommend getting your morning coffee here, better off with starbucks.

What ever happened to dunkin donuts? You used to walk in and see a whole big wall of donuts to pick from. NIw only a few different kinds. I wanted the old time favorite of a long John. No such thing in the store. My husband got apple fritters that smelled and tasted like bananas. Why would this be? They only good thing is that they were fresh. Not impressed.

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my mobile order. When I got to the window I could see it was chaos inside. They were messing up everyone's order and all the customers were highly irritated. When I finally got my food it was cold. If I had not already paid I would have left.
