It's hectic and packed with people.. the food may be good but the lids don't fit the cups. Parking is a nightmare and parking lot is usually full. Order online is slightly easier but the shelf is typically empty and you still need help from staff to grab the things behind the counter.

This store is poorly managed. Got there today for an order that was ready for pick up, and waited 15 mins while it sat on the counter in a bag. Not sure if understaffed, or inadequate staff. This is like the 5th time this has happened. Train your staff better, and Managers are no where to be seen. Just clueless teenaged workers. Plus so many times, sorry we are out of that. The regional manager needs to step in, and assess.

I always get the same items... Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, is just so good. I really wish they just sell me the bag it comes in... The bread is good and service was nice, no problems here at all. The Grilled Cheese was kind of boring, I was hoping it would have a kick to it, but it is nothing more than just cheddar and bread... No buttery toast or mixed additional cheese to make it melt more.

Listen , I’m no prude… but I can do without knowing this staffs personal business and all the cussing and playing. What I needed was for ONE person to turn around and acknowledge me and the rest of us in line. A lot of ignorance happing. Ignoring me and looking past me is wild. Too much talking and playing and not enough working. It’s really rude and it’s annoying and inappropriate. Do better. Standing here for 20 minutes listening to people complain about their jobs or lives is not why we come here for. And if so, at least say hello.
