I had got a promotional $5 card for their refreshers. When we got the drinks from Lilburn location they were so good. My last promotion card mine was nasty from this location they were charging me an ex 50 cent for the lemonade. I didn't like my refresher I had ice from quick trip then threw it away.

I tell myself daily NOT to go here. EVERY DAMN TIME MY ORDER IS WRONG! A couple of the employee's are okay but the rest are just rude! I have did the survey's at the bottom of my receipts in hopes a change will be made....nope! And you offer me a coupon that I have to buy something to get something free?!?! I spend wayyyy to much money here to be disappointed every time!

I've been ordering a frozen coffee made with splenda for at least 2 years if not longer and whomever was working the drive thru this morning has not been properly trained. After waiting in the drive thru line she tells me she can't make it with splenda. Please make sure everyone is properly trained. She should have asked if she didn't know how!!!!!
