Fred Flintstone★Had a shockingly bad customer service experience with Nick. I had purposely brought in my own spoon to help save the environment as well as save the parlor a spoon. I wanted the residue of MY ice cream. So Nick puts it into another cup. Nice. But then after I had purposely asked for NO SPOON already, he sticks a spoon into this cup. I asked him why he did that. Then he proceeds to THROW OUT THE ENTIRE CUP AND THE SPOON INTO THE GARBAGE OUT OF SPITE. I cannot to this day understand why he did that. I said I would leave a review. Well, here it is.
