I was excited to get ice cream. As I was eating it I noticed a long brown hair in my ice cream. Then I remembered the girl who made my ice cream had long brown hair. Cold stone should make their employees tie their hair up!!!!

Small location so the lines are long. With that said though you might wait to order or purchase, the wait wont be too long. It's very fast pace once it's your turn though you aren't rushed. Ice cream is always good and there's a lively energy. Not much seating for groups bigger than 3. Overall pretty good.

Had a shockingly bad customer service experience with Nick. I had purposely brought in my own spoon to help save the environment as well as save the parlor a spoon. I wanted the residue of MY ice cream. So Nick puts it into another cup. Nice. But then after I had purposely asked for NO SPOON already, he sticks a spoon into this cup. I asked him why he did that. Then he proceeds to THROW OUT THE ENTIRE CUP AND THE SPOON INTO THE GARBAGE OUT OF SPITE. I cannot to this day understand why he did that. I said I would leave a review. Well, here it is.
