Today ( which isn’t the first time ) I ordered a Boston crème donut and it was just place in the face down in a paper bag. Needless to say all the chocolate topping was left I the bottom of the bag. I called 5 consecutive times to talk with the manager , however call was never picked up. They need to teach their employees proper technique of putting protective wrap and placement of their products. It was disappointing for my 96 year old patient. Thanks a lot for nothing!!!

Went to get a box of hot chocolate to bring to a game on a cold and very windy day. The hot chocolate was extremely watery, we could barely taste the chocolate. It was like drinking hot slightly flavored water.

How you gonna have a shop run out of Donuts?! The staff were friendly. But whomever puts in the orders need to learn their job a bit better.

Talk about bad customer service!! I stopped for a coffee. No greetings from the female, no smile, no thank you! She only wanted to know “what else” I was going to buy so obviously the language wasn’t an impediment. The place is old and dirty. Never spending another penny at this location.
