Great Customer Service, Great Place Welcoming Staff. Donuts Were Fresh. Powered and sugar donuts tasted freshly made. Love this place wish I could give ten stars. There cream filled donuts are out of this world. Highly recommend you try their breakfast menu. Definitely will be returning for another mixed Dozen. Absolute worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had bagel was hard as a rock hash browns were soggy and tasted disgusting. Not usually one to write a review but seriously SAVE YOUR MONEY! How do you guys not care the condition in witch your serving your customers!?

Over the past few months, the already sluggish wait times have increased dramatically. I understand that if there's more than one or two cars in line, I'll have to wait 10 minutes or more, which is slower than almost any other drive-thru. Within the last few months, their staff seems to have changed and we're up to 10+ minutes per car. Today, I was stuck for 45 minutes and they even got my order wrong. Not even an apology. Just mindless automatons that don't know what they're doing. Going to take a few months off from this Dunkin and see if they get their act together.
