10/10 do not recommend the Chicken Express in Bartlesville. The last time my husband and I ate there was about a year ago and when I bit into my biscuit I swore that I might as well have stuck a birthday candle in it. It tasted exactly like vanilla birthday cake. When I brought it to the attention of the staff I had him try it and he just giggled about it and said “yeah it does taste like cake.” Well, tonight we decided to give it another shot. It was a complete disappointment again. The frozen fries were not cooked all the way and just tasted like they were defrosted then put on the plate. (B

ive been to several of these location and they are always good..love the fried chicken and the spicy tenders..gizzards sould be pressure fried..breading was hard and they were tough to eat..fries and mashed potatoes were good..the rolls were great..service was great..all in all it was a good experience..give them a try if you havent already..it shouldnt disappoint.

This was our first time eating at Chicken Express. I have to say, the experience could not be better. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh, hot and flavorful. The jalapeño poppers are delicious! The dining room was clean and well kept. This will not be my last time eating here. Great job Chicken Express!
