They really should practice how to properly pack thier food. They put two sandwiches, two hashbrowns, in the tiniest bag they have at Dunkin. They were deliberately squished, and placed side by side, the paper bag looked, like it would tear. My sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, has bread thinner than the meat patty now. It now has the texture of pancakes. Im still going to eat it, because im too far away to replace it now... but do better Dunkin. Why would you make a crispy croissant and squish it???

Nothing is consistent I get 1 cream in my ice coffee sometimes it’s dark sometimes it’s light it should be medium dark it’s only 1 cream. Today agitated me I ordered my coffee and donut at 8:17 the app allowed me to walk in and pick up got to the door it’s locked and the young man come through the drive thru if I wanted to I would have choose that. Food is a hit or miss but the consistency should be the same all around and that includes the food and drinks and also service

**Running out of donuts by afternoon** As of 06/18/2026. Yesterday afternoon, zero donuts. Today, about 5 kinds left. Also, today, the regular cold brew was very watered down - half normal strength. Weaker than normal iced coffee. Weird. New management? In the past they’ve been ok. Messed up my orders a few times, but usually not too bad as Dunkin’s go.

I ordered a French vanilla coffee and it tastes like chocolate so I came back to get it fixed. Same coffee just tons of syrup added on top. Disgusting. If a paying customer comes to have you fix their order you messed up. Do it ! Very simple. I was pleasant but it was not worth the hassle. This is like the 3rd time they messed up my coffee. And it’s truly a simple order. I won’t be back.
