This location ALWAYS forgets items or gives you the wrong items. I've had this experience multiple times. My recent order i ordered a bigger plate which I ordered double white rice, double sweet fire chicken and black pepper chicken. I literally got an entire plate of fried rice not white AND they didn't give me any black pepper chicken. What a joke. Let's just give customers anything we want to give them instead of what they ordered. But don't worry, they never forget your 8 fortune cookies....

absolutely worst service i have experienced. we ordered a door dash order and did not receive sauce with our large order of crab ragoon. we drove up there to get some and some fortune cookies and my boyfriend walks in and the girl looks at him and says “ yeah?” he was so nice and simply explained and she said they are out of sweet and sour and out of cookies , but still had sweet and sour chicken somehow. she was beyond rude and he asked for any type of sauce and she tossed 3 packs of teriyaki at him. i called to speak to a manager and the woman asked what it was regarding , seemed nice at fir

I’m not one to leave many reviews, but it’s worth saying that over the last year we’ve come through the drive thru about 3 times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME your staff is rude. We were out getting some shopping done today and I swung through to get my kids something quick to eat. I said hello to a young lady who was working at the window and there was no acknowledgment of my greeting, no smile, no emotion on her face at all. Doesn’t make you feel great when you’re handing over your credit card. The least you could do is have kind employees - they are CONSISTENTLY rude and need an attitude adjustm

This Panda Express is usually one of my favorite locations. I come here at least 3+ times a month and normally the food and service are great. Today was disappointing. I ordered teriyaki chicken and was told there would be a 10-minute wait, which I was fine with. After I said I’d wait, the employee (Haylie P) became noticeably rude and rushed me through the rest of my order, even though there was no line. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food, but the change in attitude after I agreed to wait made the experience unpleasant.
