I keep going because the staff is excellent. I am an early bird and go at least twice per week. For more than a year, when I go around 5:20am the say my plain bagel will be from the day before because the oven does not work properly and takes too long to bake. But for the last two weeks, it got even worse: at 6:00 am, it's still not ready. Mind you: they renovated the place just some months ago and did nothing with the oven! Dunkin Donuts do something with this franchisee.

Stopped by this location two days ago for "breakfast for dinner" about 30 mins before they closed. I wish I'd gotten the name of the very helpful and cheerful employee who was running the place by herself. Several customers came in after I did, including at least one person who entered a few minutes after closing time. The employee handled everyone calmly and with a smile, and the customers were courteous and patient, which was nice to witness. Food was good, service was great. I haven't been to this location in a couple of years but based on this experience alone I'd return.

I have no idea how they do this. I only frequently hit Dunkin, but I have been coming here for years. They always repeat my order before I order. How can they remember everyone’s order every day with sooo many customers. Super friendly and it’s prepared FAST!

I am writing to report an unprofessional and concerning interaction I experienced at your location on February 8, 2026, at approximately 7:00 PM. When I entered the establishment, the employee on duty did not acknowledge me and continued cleaning without greeting or engaging me. Once I placed my order, I politely asked if she could wash her hands, as she had just been cleaning. She stated she was wearing gloves.
