Not a great visit at all. Placed an online order around 450 pm for a pick up at 6pm. Arrived promptly at 6pm to pick up my order. I was told they needed 5 to 10 more minutes to complete my order. I went back to my vehicle and waited 10 minutes. I go back into the store to inquire about the status of my order. It still wasnt completed. At this point I am somewhat annoyed. This was due to me feeling my time wasn't respected. What's the purpose of a pick up time in advance, that's rhetorical. One of the best pizza places around. They make their own dough in house, the toppings are all fresh and of very good quality! I usually order a pepperoni Magnifico and a build your own with pepperoni, bacon, onions, double black olives, light jalapeño. All in large with thick crust. Delicious! Their service is top notch and the atmosphere is peaceful and funny. The prices are good when you use their discount offers, like on a Tuesday, Buy-One-Get-One-For-Free. Highly recommend to order one pizza and get the same for free, so you have two pizzas.

This was my last time ordering from Marcos Pizza the last time we had Dirt yes dirt in my salad! It’s been quite a while since we’ve ordered from them but last night not only were they 30 to 40 minutes late. The pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way we ended up putting it in the oven to get a hot cooked pizza so no thanks one mistake OK but this one no!
