I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts located inside the Walmart at 2101 Gateway Center Dr on Sunday, August 8, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered a simple hot coffee, but it took over 10 minutes to be prepared. During this time, no updates were provided, and the customers behind me were served before I even received my coffee order. I had to walk up to the counter and ask for my coffee, only to find that two associates seemed unsure of how to help, despite an empty cup sitting right in front of the coffee pot.
