Boo, Dunkin’ Donuts in Bernalillo. No bueno. 👎 Thirty-minute wait for an online order that still wasn’t ready, and my “hot” Dunkalatte was cold. I understand being short-staffed, but this place seriously needs better management, better training, or actual supervision. At this point, it’s becoming the expectation instead of the exception.

We parked our vehicle and went inside Dunkin’ Donuts. As I got to the counter and I am trying to order a Medium coffee and old fashioned donots. but the men working inside put me on a hold to take order from drive thru. Really felt that we are not being prioritized as a customer. So we waited. After the man got done with drive thru, he finally took our orders. Staff service was Horrible. Their staff probably needs more training on customer service. But on the bright side, we love Dunkin’ Donuts. We love their coffee and donuts. This store looks like brand new built store. Great interior design

Great, patient staff! Our indecisive 4 year old took her time choosing her flavor. Our server didn't rush us once. Store was clean and parking was easy!

This Dunkin’ Donuts location should be shut down. They literally have nothing at any point in time they could only make certain things they’re closed during business hours and can’t make shakes at 7 PM because they’re sanitizing the blenders when they close at 10 PM management needs to figure it out. It is very frustrating to have the same experience every time we go.
