If it wasn't for the fact my kid likes the mac and cheese, I wouldn't bother with Panera. Mostly, it's a solid eating experience. Overpriced for what it is, but edible. But this visit at this location was well below average. Bread on my sandwich was cold/just thawed, the signature sauce was missing (I went back and asked for the cup in the photo), and the tomato looked like it had been dropped on the floor, stepped on, then put on my sandwich. Nope, I'm not eating that. So, ended up paying $30 for a bowl of mac and cheese, and two cookies. You can blame inflation, food prices, the manager

Somehow this is the only Panera that sells yellow water with broccoli for broccoli cheddar soup. Thought it was a fluke a few months ago. Tried again and ended up with $4 yellow water again. Please stop adding water to stretch it. Always out of bagels too. How is a “bread” place out of bread so much?

The food here is always exceptional. HOWEVER, the service has declined astronomically. I placed an order and went next door, telling them i'd be back in a couple minutes. When I i returned and asked if the bag on the counter was mine, an older woman with masculine features, i'm assuming is the manager, snapped at me saying the order was for someone else. The young girl standing next to her asked what the name was for the order, and when I said my name, she said that was in fact my order. Typical Panera experience in a smaller-sized location. Unlike many newer Panera cafés, this one does not have electronic ordering kiosks, but the service and menu are exactly what you would expect from the brand. A convenient spot for a quick meal or coffee stop.
