Josh Rogers★★Last night was my first and probably last visit to Bistro 1100. The vibe inside is a stuck in the past retro feel. Not unlike when grandma decorated her house in 1973 and never changed a thing. It is not bad or anything, it is just maybe not a great backdrop for poorly executed over priced food. Service was great, like most places in Bismarck, people are friendly. I love that. Saturday night around 6:30 there was no wait and we got to a table right away. The presentation of the food was impressive – everything came out looking well-prepared and thoughtfully plated. Bread was very good with dipping. The waitress needs to seat everyone AWAY FROM other people, DONT seat everyone in one spot. The place is large, I don’t like 20 people in one spot and the other 3/4 of the restaurant is empty. Spread the people all around so that we don’t have to hear everybody else talking hearing their conversation.
