Josh Rogers★★Last night was my first and probably last visit to Bistro 1100. The vibe inside is a stuck in the past retro feel. Not unlike when grandma decorated her house in 1973 and never changed a thing. It is not bad or anything, it is just maybe not a great backdrop for poorly executed over priced food. Service was great, like most places in Bismarck, people are friendly. I love that. Saturday night around 6:30 there was no wait and we got to a table right away. Drinks were good, but the fresh bread they brought out was great! We started with the bone marrow appetizer, we liked it. It could have used

The presentation of the food was impressive – everything came out looking well-prepared and thoughtfully plated. Bread was very good with dipping. The waitress needs to seat everyone AWAY FROM other people, DONT seat everyone in one spot. The place is large, I don’t like 20 people in one spot and the other 3/4 of the restaurant is empty. Spread the people all around so that we don’t have to hear everybody else talking hearing their conversation.
