The consistency is not there. Every time I order the same thing it never tastes the same and the matcha latte is ALWAYS made wrong. Why is a matcha almost white when it’s supposed to be green? The cups are also never filled up I’m missing a third of my drink? So much empty space and a thick layer of foam that isn’t even the latte part?

Tonight I ordered a coffee online and drove ten minutes to the Poland, Ohio location even though I live closer to the Youngstown one. I get to Dunkin and go in to get my coffee. My coffee wasn’t done and the ticket was still on the machine. I waited another 15 mins to get someone to notice I was even in the building because they were all in the back room cursing and screaming. Not one person was in the front of the restaurant. Worst experience

On my way to work and went through the drive thru. Went and pd on the app. Picked up food and when I get to work and noticed they screwed up the order and didn't put some of my items in the bag. Called to get refunded and the manager said you have to come in to get the refund or we will give you what we missed. ??? I'm at work I told her. Her comment then was well you either come in or get nothing.

Hello! It was busy but we were in and out in a flash! Friendly counter service - quick and efficient! Plenty of seats if you want to eat in the store. Good flow if you are stopping in to grab something to go. Come by for a visit!
