I go through every morning and get an iced Matcha latte. they jam pack the cup with ice to where you can’t even get your straw in it & after 3 sips the drink is GONE. but if i ask for light ice then i get half the drink? Why don’t i switch my drink? i’m pregnant and i crave matcha lattes😂 but like be for real. why?? i spend so much money a week for a cup of ice. i don’t get it.

The night shift here at this place sucks!!! The night shift leader is a very very very very rude person. Some man or little boy who is ruining me and my coworkers experience with dunkin. I do not recommended anyone to go here at night. Us night shift workers need our coffee and you cant even get decent customer service at this establishment because the shift leader is horrible at his job. Please hire new night staff.

Should have gone to Starbucks that was my first idea. A teaspoon of jelly in our jelly donuts and what looks like finger marks. Taste like yesterday donut.
