We ordered sandwiches to go and found a hair embedded in one of them after getting home (see photo). This completely ruined the meal. Food hygiene is the bare minimum expectation, and this was a serious miss. Because it was a takeout order, we couldn’t catch it in time or have it remade on the spot. Very disappointing experience. I hope management takes cleanliness and food handling more seriously.

Very spacious and interesting/fun art to look at, workers were a little out of it, but a vibe nonetheless. Safety inspection rating “good” which is mid and had me second guessing but I ultimately gave it a chance (which I did NOT regret) I got the BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado) which was phenomenal, fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, excellent sauce recommendation (garlic aioli) from the sandwich wizard. If I was more local I would hit this spot up very very often. Big Jersey Mikes fan and I would go here over them, 11/10.

I keep trying to give this location another chance and they never cease to disappoint. If I order through the app and arrive to pickup at the time I'm told, I still have to wait upwards of 20 minutes. Twice now I've ordered delivery through the Potbelly app (my office is 5 minutes away) and the food never arrived, which resulted in multiple calls just to get a refund. Today, the delivery ordered was confirmed through the app at 11:03, then I was told that the delivery time was 11:26, then the tracker showed no delivery driver was assigned. Very delicious, fresh ingredients. Far superior to Subway but also much more expensive. A sandwich, bowl of soup, two waters and a cookie cost me almost fifty bucks. I'm very satisfied with the flavors and consistency throughout the sandwich. The chicken pot pie soup comes with fresh pie crust toppings, as it should, but I've never had it before and that was a cherry on top. The sugar cookie is just too sweet, but it's hard to find cookies in America that aren't sweet. Great staff, clean restrooms, clean dining room. I highly recommend.
