THEY RECYCLE CUPS!! I’m not going here anymore. This was my 2nd visit, and I got mu drink in recycled cup! You can see they ripped out the black seal and also put new order sticker on top of ther previous sticker. I put a togo order and i dont know how many dined in but this number 8, which is quite early, given that I visited there late afternoon. They recycled the cup and also drink tasted different from what I had from redmond store (i put two ice cream and it tasted way more watery than 1 ice cream blend, also tasted more like a syrup or sugar rather than ice cream) DO NOT EVER GO THIS PLA

I used to live here and go often. Their blended taro milk tea was my personal favorite, and I don't think any of their other drinks misses either. Their seating is a little uncomfortable, so don't expect a study spot here. However, I do think the quality of their drinks has gone down over the years and I gradually stopped going here for the drinks as often. I also wouldn't recommend getting the food here since it's pretty average. Their rice cakes are actually decent, but the fries are not good at all. If you find yourself getting the fries, don't add cajun in there.

Ever since they changed their menu and redesigned the store, I couldn't say that they are one of my favorite stores anymore. All the drinks I bought were not as good as before. Today I ordered 3 drinks, waited for approximately 25 minutes, and I had to ask them if they had made my order yet. Their system seemed down, so I was understanding. I let them know what I ordered and reminded them about one of the custom drinks. I paid an extra $1.25 for creama, and I had already told them about that. In the end, there was no creama at all.
