For a sub sandwich shop in a college town, this was really good. They had everything you could imagine for sandwich combinations. They even would add or take off whatever you wanted. The best part was they offered a 4 inch sub if you aren't overly hungry. They offered pitchers or drinks, even alcohol. They had a small deck for outdoor seating which was nice but it was a bit breezy out so we opted for indoor. They was more than half fast. Give it try.

Half Fast Subs is easily my favorite spot on the Hill for a laid-back meal and a great atmosphere. I absolutely love the Albuquerque Turkey, but what really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. They are always super helpful, friendly, and keep the service moving fast, especially when it gets busy! Whether you're grabbing a seat at the big tables inside or hanging out on the patio, the vibe is consistently welcoming and energetic. It’s the perfect staple for a reliable sandwich and even better service.

Half Fast Subs has quickly become a Boulder staple for me, offering a great selection of sandwiches, salads, and more. The Thai salad is one of my personal favorites, you really can’t go wrong with it. The atmosphere and staff create a fun, upbeat vibe, and I’m glad to see they’re still finding success after the fire; they deserve it for everything they do for the Boulder community and keeping students safe.
