One of the best Smiths locations I've been to. I can't explain why it just has good vibes. One issue though is that our bags kept ripping and the apple butter fell. Not taking the chance of eating glass fragments so we'll take it back but that's easy enough.

Employees are rude. I asked a staff member about if they carried a flavor of a certain cracker and his response was “do you see a spot for it on the shelf” while he continued to scan and do his own inventory without even looking at me. To this I responded that I had thought it might be a new flavor and was hoping he could kindly respond to my question. To that, he responded, “we don’t know until it comes off the truck.” He was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. He clearly lacks customer service skills and what’s even more frustrating is that he wasn’t some teenager.

Smith's Marketplace Pharmacy has been my pharmacy since 1988 long before they had 2 Smith's. One in NSL and Bountiful. I know we have the NSL STORE and our BOUNTIFUL STORE. BOTH STORES ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I FEEL LIKE BOTH HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEEDS. THAT HAE ALWAYS ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND I WOULDN'T HAVE IT ANY ONTHER WAY. I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience this week. My grandma and I shop here every week, and it’s kind of our little tradition to grab a drink from the Starbucks inside. It’s usually something we look forward to, but this time completely ruined it. The employee working, Rhys, was incredibly rude right from the start. I hadn’t even said anything yet and was already met with a bad attitude, which honestly caught me off guard.
