It’s well-organized, stocked, and the staff actually seems happy to help, which makes a huge difference in the weekly grocery grind. Nice store with friendly staff. Clean store overall with lots of products and fresh produce. Sometimes, maybe even often, very difficult to find sale items. Prices a little above average, probably. Create an account online and/or use the Smith's Grocery app to clip coupons and save money. App isn't great but may be improving. Parking is adequate. Delivery is available. Points from the app may apply to a small discount at the on-site gasoline station.

Picked up ballons for my husband's birthday early in the morning! The florist was amazingly patient and helpful! My husband loved the ballons. The flowers were not as fresh as I would have liked and yet was charged full price.

Went to smiths today. Saw 3 associates standing around doing nothing, saw the self checkout associate sitting in her phone while I asked where the bags are. None of them had a bag on them. None. There’s 6 checkout lanes and none of the person checkout guided lanes were open either. Bummer
