Start with the most honest waitress/ greeter/ server….tells us “ we have no clean utensils, no whip cream for the caramel mocha and the manager is cooking.” Ps….the take out order got the rest of the biscuits so we don’t have anymore to go with your sausage gravy. We are so done, fork with gravy and recooked biscuits. Why is this place still open…..literally no customers.

First time at this location a day before my birthday. First time at any Bob Evans actually but it took awhile to be acknowledged when I came into the restaurant then once seated, I waited for like 30 minutes and watched others who came in after me be waited on. It’s as if I was a ghost or something 🤷🏽‍♀️ my dad came in and so I left having never ordered a thing. I am highly disappointed with this experience considering how I am always buying Bob Evans mashed potatoes and mac n cheese from my local supermarkets.

Well, I am sitting here waiting for my family meal to be cooked, after they gave it to another person. I called an hour before coming to pick it up and they are still not getting it. I have been here for about an hour and nothing. I guess the food is good, but the customer service they provide is far worse than you think. I am giving it two stars because of the fact that they got the food messed up. I might give them one more star if they give me my order right now. I still see that they are confused with the order of other customers. Update: They even charged me twice for the order. I paid fo
