I had a little inconvenient at the beginning of my order, but without asking for a manager or scalating the issue, the crew fixed it right away in a very polite and nice manner. At the end, we really enjoyed this location, crew and managers were really nice and polite. Lots of inside and outside seating. Restaurant looked really clean and organized.

Paid 40$ for 1 caprese sandwich that had the thinnest tomatoes that were falling apart. The sandwich was soaking wet making the bread super mushy. Slices of cheese were also super thin 1/2 chix sandwich with one ripped slice of deli meat. Cup of soup that was teeny to begin with and not filled all the way Called to let them know, spoke to someone in a call center out of the country and was told they would review my complaint and I may or may not be refunded in 30 days.
