Those workers were truly trying their best, it was insanely busy in there tonight. They apologized for the wait but, I saw them doing all they could so, it really was no biggie to me. I got a whole greek salad tonight there were no cucumbers, tons of white lettuce bottoms and so many thick cut red onions… they were seriously about 1/3 of the entire salad. I waited 30 minutes for this underwhelming salad..

This was in the Brick NJ Panera drive thru. I have never written a bad review...this is the 1st time, but I have to be honest it was a very bad experience. First, I waited 38 minutes in the drive thru line...5 cars ahead of me and people started beeping...38 minutes in a drive thru!...then I had to get back in line because they forgot 2 items when I checked my bag (thank God I checked it before I left in the parking lot)...So then I spent another 27 minutes in the drive thru line AGAIN!...When she handed me the 2 missing items thru the window one of the items was a small and I ordered a large!
