I was in Oaklawn visiting my parents, I traveled 50 mins away and passed up many Dunkin’ Donuts.. I stopped at this location and couldn’t get a fresh cup of coffee.. the coffee I was served by Laura was old and left a very bad bitter taste on my palette… she asked me if I wanted her to remake it and I said yes please then the young man told her not to so she didn’t.. she said she can’t remake it so I asked for my money back… I’m very disappointed in the poor customer service. Im only giving 5 stars due to the situation I experienced last night, I pulled up to the drive thru a little after 6:30…. Waited quite some time… finally my turn the first thing said over the speaker “please give me 5-10” and I’m thinking to my self ….minutes……? Waited this long so I waited some more for just a large hot double double. Pulled up to the window I see 2 flustered teen boys, I asked the young man if it’s just the two of them and he said yes. The only this worse than this DD if the fact that I ant rate it 0 stars. I’ve noticed the turnover of staff and it’s like every time they get worse and worse. Attitudes, entitlement, arguments about how my drink should be served. I only went here because it was the closest one to me but I’d now rather make the extra drive to buy at another location. Whoever owns this place (which I also think owns the 95th street one which is much better runner) eventually you are going to run out of customers all due to your inability to simply put your customer first.
