There are other DD locations that are better serviced in the area. Avoid this one. Cashier won't give you your receipt nor mark down the correct item so you'll waste time looking for an item bag that doesn't match what you ordered. Nor receipt to check your order number. Ordered a Sausage, egg & cheese crossiant. Bag they told me was my item was labeled: English Muffin, egg & cheese. What was in the bag: egg & cheese crossiant. Not what I ordered and they never handed me my receipt to check.

Sorry but this is ridiculous. Are you guys selling us ICE?? if you guys are charging extra for no ice or little ice that means all they give you on your drink is ice and they are using more product!! We are paying for coffee not ICE 😡

I always give them the benefit of the doubt and it ain’t it anymore ..it’s only convenient to me because when I’m running late to work, this is the stop. 😓😓😓💔

The cashier was on his phone the whole time taking our order didn’t look up once at all. And they made my drink with whole milk instead of the substitute milk I asked for.
