Cold & rainy Tuesday night in the drive thru - Dawson made it a great experience never letting her smile fade, all while teaching my 4 year old how kind people can be! She didn’t have to buy or meal, but she did. And my daughter was so excited with the biggest smile on her face when I explained what happened! Thank you so much! After going past all of the food options in the shopping center. My family decided on this location for dinner. We were unfortunately “punished” for turning into the drive through lane from the side not commonly used. The employee, who I will give credit, was very kind. Informed me of their managements policy that they can’t serve me as I came in from the wrong direction. There was no line cutting, nothing of the sort. In fact, no one was even waiting to have their order taken. But, I respected the direction she had to follow and I had to go around the building just to be served. This emplo

My pregnant wife waited in the drive thru behind several cars and accidentally entered through the wrong line that was for pick up orders vs ordering. Instead of grabbing an iPad and just putting in the order, the guy told my wife to go back around as if she didn’t already wait 15 minutes to get through the first line. Even worse there were even more cars in the other lane for ordering. Really disappointed with chikfila because i thought they’d have a little more empathy for people. Let alone my pregnant wife. Never going back to that location . She went to chipotle instead and they were happy
