You don’t need to Know my real name★I haven’t been to Bill Russo in a while. I go and get a ham and cheese sub. They don’t ask me what cheese I want. I get mozzarella. I don’t like mozzarella cheese. I feel like you should have asked me that I want mozzarella instead of just putting it on my sandwich without asking if I actually want that on my sandwich very disappointed I wasted 11 bucks almost 12 on a sandwich. I’m not gonna eat.

maureen mcanally★French beef sandwich. Nasty. It was all bread, maybe, maybe, 2 ounces of meat, and gummy cheese. The au jus was disgusting. I see another bad review was mentioned, last week. Just take it off the menu since it’s made so poorly. Good news, I’ll never crave your shop again.
