I haven’t been to Bill Russo in a while. I go and get a ham and cheese sub. They don’t ask me what cheese I want. I get mozzarella. I don’t like mozzarella cheese. I feel like you should have asked me that I want mozzarella instead of just putting it on my sandwich without asking if I actually want that on my sandwich very disappointed I wasted 11 bucks almost 12 on a sandwich. I’m not gonna eat.

I love Bill & Ruth's. I always get the belly buster sub and french fries. It is always consistent and oh so affordable. The space was always clean and the staff were friendly and quick. Their menu has so many options to choose from!

French beef sandwich. Nasty. It was all bread, maybe, maybe, 2 ounces of meat, and gummy cheese. The au jus was disgusting. I see another bad review was mentioned, last week. Just take it off the menu since it’s made so poorly. Good news, I’ll never crave your shop again.
