A Chrome Bird★Employees told my Doordash driver they were out of HotMess burgers for my order. Missing 2 burgers but still charged for them! Emailed JIB customer service with no reply...I guess Jack in the Box can just steal my money? I love how you can order on the app and when the store doesn't have it even though the app says they do have it- no one cares. NO ONE CARES!!!!! I'M OUT $16+ FOR 2 BURGERS PLUS DIDN'T GET DINNER LAST NIGHT THANKS

D's Life Journey★★I ordered a Butter Jack smash burger meal and asked to haveand extra patty, Bacon and Onion added, my sandwich. Meal came out to $28. My sandwich had one flimsy piece of lettuce, 2 little pieces of onion (looked like it was taken from a fresh ring of onion and just cut in half) and what appeared to be 1 little strip of bacon and half of another piece! Ridiculous for the amount of the meal, I wish I took my receipt and snapped a few pictures so I could see all xtra charges and had visual proof, so I could contact corporate, terrible.
