Employees told my Doordash driver they were out of HotMess burgers for my order. Missing 2 burgers but still charged for them! Emailed JIB customer service with no reply...I guess Jack in the Box can just steal my money? I love how you can order on the app and when the store doesn't have it even though the app says they do have it- no one cares. NO ONE CARES!!!!! I'M OUT $16+ FOR 2 BURGERS PLUS DIDN'T GET DINNER LAST NIGHT THANKS

So thankful for you all because your awesome after weekend graveyard shift. But can you please include napkins in your drive through orders? Also your drive through order screen thing has been broken for awhile now.

I ordered a Butter Jack smash burger meal and asked to haveand extra patty, Bacon and Onion added, my sandwich. Meal came out to $28. My sandwich had one flimsy piece of lettuce, 2 little pieces of onion (looked like it was taken from a fresh ring of onion and just cut in half) and what appeared to be 1 little strip of bacon and half of another piece! Ridiculous for the amount of the meal, I wish I took my receipt and snapped a few pictures so I could see all xtra charges and had visual proof, so I could contact corporate, terrible.
