We had a strange expe here today with the service. It seemed no one was on the same page or working in a coordinated manner. We had three different people at the window. One guy took our payment and handed us part of our order, and disappeared. Then after waiting quite a while for the rest of it another girl came to the window and asked us what we ordered. We described our order and then, with a blank face, asked us what we were still waiting for. We replied to the rest of the order. She then apologized and disappeared. Manager is so rude to the employees. While getting my coffee and donut I witness the manager yelling at an employee and she looked like she was in tears. Afterward he was yelling get out get out!!!! So people started taking out cameras! Wow! Wow!
