We had the esquites and tortilla chips go start, and they were absolutely delicious! Entrees came quickly and were both beautiful and tasty! My chile relleno was flavorful in a delicious broth, and the potato cakes that accompanied it were the highlight of the dish for me! My dad had birria tacos and they were very good and full of meat. It turns out we went the same night as the holiday lights seasonal display opening. Parking was tricky that night for sure. We loved it so much, we took our daughters back during the Christmas break. We have now tried most of the things on the menu. All of them fantastic. We would highly recommend Amano to anyone! The Chile Colorado was excellent unfortunately there was not much of it. Our server was outstanding. I did find it interesting that the server pre selected 26% for a tip right before he handed the hand held scanner to me. Go check it out, you may like this place, myself I will probably not be back for some time.
