Ronald Ferguson Jr.★★Hire more people. This is one of the only 24hr spots and it can get super crowded and only have 1 person working. Meanwhile, there are like 2 other people just walking around in the back. There is 1 guy doing all the orders and the other employees are doing absolutely nothing. It always takes a long time. If the person in front of you wants ice cream, your cooked. I had to wait 40 mins for a cup of coffee. Nothing wrong with the food but that wait is a killer.
Aisha Rais★Terrible customer service. Night shift people are not trained. They make their own recipes of drinks. Made me wait 45 minutes for one caramel latte the other day and 30 minutes last night. Everyone else was mad as well and people were leaving the place. Owners need to train the staff
