Love Panera and never had a bad meal until today. Had the chicken fontega 1/2 ( thankfully)sandwich. It was sparsly covered and rubbery. Very disappointed as an $11 sandwich should be above par.

I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, and it was about what you’d expect from a fast-casual place like Panera. The dressing was okay, and the lettuce and cheese were decent. My biggest issue was the grilled chicken it was cold and sliced so thin it was more like deli meat than actual grilled chicken. For the price, I expected something a little fresher and more substantial. Not terrible, but not great either.

Great atmosphere and great food, I seriously doubt and question the validity of the low star reviews left by certain individuals, “nail clippings in soup…. “ Like honestly Some people lack some common sense and have never worked fast food and it shows! This is my local Panera bread and I have given them multiple opportunities to get not only our to go orders right but to have items in stock.We have been ordering from here since they opened. This location seems to have run out of French Baquettes and other ingredients as well. Every time we want to order baguettes, they do not have them. Not only that, I was told that they do not have a brioche bun for their new Chicken take sandwich and that they couldn't substitute the bread. Meanwhile, I’m hearing their employees offer other to go orders the option of choosing another kind of bread for tha
