DON'T!!! expect customer service here. Two people ahead of me left without ordering after I was waiting behind them for 5 minutes. Five minutes goes by as I'm next to the register nobody acknowledges me, even after some dude with glasses on walks by me a couple times. I decide to look for a burger place, on my phone (while standing there), and hear a voice what would you like. So decide to order. Waiting for my food and two ladies come in and they don't get acknowledged, one decides to sit and look for another place while the other says "hello" and the lady still doesn't say anything. They ask

It’s worth the wait!!! Knockout burger is a staple for us every time we are in town! The Cajun bacon is my favorite!!! Expect to wait a bit while your food is being cooked but I’m telling you it is worth the wait!!! Prices are fair and the burgers are high quality.

Food is great, customer service is non existent. Been here many times and it seems to be going downhill fast. Walked in to a man talking to himself and doing a bunch of bizarre things… thought, “maybe he’s an unhoused person/off of his meds”… then he gets behind the counter to do something. He went back outside and proceeded to dance around with a broom without saying a word to us. There was one other family sitting there eating, and we were the only people in line.
