Taking full advantage of these gorgeous spring days to head up and down the coast. Had a wonderful lunch up in Oceanside at The Plot, and boy was it worth the drive from San Diego. Nestled on coast highway, this place is like a sanctuary in the chaos. They’ve been rolling out weekday lunch menu and it’s to die for!! We started with some chezy truffle fries and mocktails and enjoyed their outdoor seating and watched them pick veggies from the garden and get some smoking going of more veggies. Then we got some making, I got the teriyaki spam bowl and my partner got the sweet chili tofu. Finally

We LOVE this place! Farm-to-table savory dishes that even make a meat-eater drool. 😁 This is my favorite place to eat when we stay in Carlsbad. Oceanside is only 15 minutes away. There is special free parking directly behind the restaurant and this place never disappoints. They have gluten-free desserts too at this all vegan restaurant. I wish we lived closer because we would be regulars for sure.

Absolutely loved our experience! 🌱✨ We tried the panko-crusted charcoal-roasted eggplant — perfectly smoky, crispy on the outside and melt-in-the-mouth inside 🤤. The fries were golden, crunchy and super addictive 🍟, while the fried tofu was beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. And that cornbread… warm, soft, slightly sweet and totally comforting 🌽💛. Every bite felt thoughtful, creative and satisfying. A must-visit for anyone who loves flavorful plant-based food!
