We ordered the Roasted Veggie & Pistachio Pesto Benedict with hashbrowns as side choice. Asked for the eggs to be poached hard so the yolks weren't runny and they did it perfectly. Hollandaise was on point with just right amount of lemon and butter. I enjoyed the multi grain toast with pesto as the base. Overall great job on the food, although our server forgot our drink orders and left us waiting without check ups throughout our meal which delayed our time there unnecessarily.

I love Shorehouse Kitchen in Carlsbad. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly and the drinks are delicious. Plus they are very dog friendly so my bubs and I walk out there regularly so I can get the parmesan cake Benedict’s and lavender honey cortado or dirty spiced chia latte and he can get all the sniffs.

Shoreline Kitchen in Carlsbad is a delightful spot for breakfast! I recently had the pleasure of trying their Monterey omelette, and it was fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and you could really tell the ingredients were fresh. I paired it with a side of crispy hash browns, which were deliciously golden and just the right amount of crunch. Also, the fresh-squeezed orange juice was the perfect refreshing complement to the meal. Overall, everything was amazing—definitely a place worth visiting for a satisfying breakfast experience! Highly recommendb it! We’ll be back!
