Karl★We used the app to order so knew everything was right with substitutions, sauce etc. and to save time! When we pulled up the guy asked something about a promo sandwich. We said no thank you and we had a mobile order for k.f. mobile. He said "pull up". We waited in line about 5 cars for upwards of 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window. The "LOST" individual who opened it said what was the name!? At this point I'm furious so I get really quiet as my wife hates when I make a scene. We wait another 3 minutes for drinks and told to pull up by the door. We are given no straws to sip our cold
