I ordered through Door Dash, the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Combo and bit into raw chicken! The sandwich wasn't cooked at all. Hopefully I don't get food poisoning! They also forgot my drink, the cookie dough frosty!

We used the app to order so knew everything was right with substitutions, sauce etc. and to save time! When we pulled up the guy asked something about a promo sandwich. We said no thank you and we had a mobile order for k.f. mobile. He said "pull up". We waited in line about 5 cars for upwards of 20 minutes. When we finally got to the window. The "LOST" individual who opened it said what was the name!? At this point I'm furious so I get really quiet as my wife hates when I make a scene. We wait another 3 minutes for drinks and told to pull up by the door. We are given no straws to sip our cold
