The only reason for 4 stars is because of the location but that’s not a reflection of the food or staff. The staff is great they’re always attentive and kind! I also love mod pizza, however, this specific location draws some strange people. I have seen the cops in this parking lot multiple times and homeless people acting up and once was yelled at by a homeless person in the Mod patio! It’s probably just the surrounding area and I so feel bad for staff who have to put up with the strange clientele/homeless people.
